Chef Mark Cavalli’s menu focuses on dishes that invoke the history of Western Slope Colorado. With inspiration that has been drawn from traditional ingredients of indigenous Ute tribes, Colorado style cuisine, and Hispanic influences of the area, our seasonal menu is eclectic, thoughtful, and a heartfelt representation of Colorado’s rich history.

Panoramic mountain views await you at our open-air rooftop bar with a retractable awning with misters in the summer and heaters and tabletop fire-pits for the cooler months and chilly evenings. Sit back and relax in our comfy sofas, grab a high-top table or a seat the bar. We have carefully curated signature cocktails along with wine and beer on tap and you can order from the White Buffalo menu at any time.
